  • Upload documents. Easily drag-and-drop files from your computer

  • Manage Reminders. View, add, and check off reminders

  • tendercare Plan. Access step-by-step guidance

  • Update your account. Change your account settings

  • Access tenderID settings. Update what information is shown on your tenderID

  • Find Help. Connect with vetted elder care professionals in the Trusted Network

What's app-only?

A few features are only available in the mobile app:

  • Community

  • Medicare import (the web will direct you to download the app)

  • Push notifications

Web vs. App: what's the difference?

The mobile app and the web are connected to the same account and data. Any changes you make in one place sync to the other. The mobile app offers a more streamlined experience for on-the-go use. The web is often more convenient for uploading documents from a computer.
