Wondering when your tenderID kit will arrive? Here's what to expect.
Expected delivery time
Please allow 2–3 weeks for your tenderID kit to arrive after you order it. The kit ships by mail (one fridge decal and one wallet card) to the address you provided when you placed the order.
Check your shipping address
If you ordered through the tendercare app or at trytendercare.com/tenderID, the kit was mailed to the address you entered at checkout. Double-check that address is correct, especially if you've recently moved.
It's been more than 3 weeks
If your tenderID kit hasn't arrived after 3 weeks, email us at [email protected] with:
Your name and email address
The shipping address you used
The approximate date you ordered
We'll send a replacement right away.
I want to update the shipping address
If you realize the shipping address was wrong before the kit arrives, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
I never received it because I moved
No problem. Email us and we'll send a new kit to your current address.
