If you forget your password or want to update it, here's how to reset it.
I forgot my password
Go to the login screen on the tendercare app or trytendercare.com.
Tap Forgot password?
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Check your inbox for a password reset email from tendercare. Look in your spam or junk folder if it doesn't arrive in a few minutes.
Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password.
Log in with your new password.
For security, the reset link is time-limited. If it expires before you use it, just request a new one.
I want to change my password
If you're already logged in and want to update your password:
Go to Account Settings > Security.
Tap Change Password.
Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
Save.
Tips for a strong password
Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
Avoid common words or personal information (birthdays, names, etc.)
Don't reuse a password from another account
Consider using a password manager
I'm not receiving the reset email
Check your spam or junk folder
Confirm you're using the email address tied to your tendercare account
Make sure email from tendercare isn't blocked by your provider
Try requesting another reset
