The tenderID is free for every tendercare family. You can order one at any time. Here's how.
Three ways to get a tenderID
1. Order online.
Go to trytendercare.com/tenderID and place your order. Your fridge decal and wallet card will be mailed to you for free.
2. Order from the app.
Open the tendercare app, find the tenderID link, and follow the prompts. Same free kit, mailed to you.
3. Already have one? Just scan to activate.
If you've received a tenderID kit already, scan the QR code on the card or decal to start activation, or do it from inside the app.
When can I order?
Anytime. You don't need to have your loved one's vault fully set up first, and there's no waiting period.
What's in the kit?
Each tenderID kit includes:
One fridge decal with a QR code, designed to be placed visibly on the refrigerator
One wallet card with a QR code your loved one can carry
Want more than one? You can add additional cards or decals to the same tendercare profile. Each new card or decal has its own unique QR code linked to the same profile. Email [email protected] to request extras.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery. If it hasn't arrived after 3 weeks, email [email protected] and we'll send a replacement.
What's next after I order?
While your kit is on its way, log into tendercare and start filling out your loved one's vault. The more complete the medical info, allergies, and emergency contacts, the more useful your tenderID will be in an emergency.
