Your tendercare account settings let you update personal information, manage security, and customize your experience.
Accessing account settings
In the app:
Tap your profile photo or initials in the top corner
Select Settings or Account
On the web:
Sign in at trytendercare.com
Click your profile photo or initials in the top right
Select Account Settings
What you can update
Profile information
Your name and display name
Email address
Profile photo
Password and security
Change your password
Enable or disable biometric login (Face ID / Touch ID)
Notifications
Adjust which notifications you receive and how
Manage reminders, vault activity alerts, and daily check-in prompts
Changing your email address
Go to Account Settings
Click Edit next to your email
Enter your new email address and confirm
Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to confirm the change
Changing your password
Go to Account Settings > Security
Click Change password
Enter your current password and then your new password
Save changes
