Managing your account settings

How to update your profile, password, security, and notification settings.

Your tendercare account settings let you update personal information, manage security, and customize your experience.

Accessing account settings

In the app:

  1. Tap your profile photo or initials in the top corner

  2. Select Settings or Account

On the web:

  1. Click your profile photo or initials in the top right

  2. Select Account Settings

What you can update

Profile information

  • Your name and display name

  • Email address

  • Profile photo

Password and security

  • Change your password

  • Enable or disable biometric login (Face ID / Touch ID)

Notifications

  • Adjust which notifications you receive and how

  • Manage reminders, vault activity alerts, and daily check-in prompts

Changing your email address

  1. Go to Account Settings

  2. Click Edit next to your email

  3. Enter your new email address and confirm

  4. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to confirm the change

Changing your password

  1. Go to Account Settings > Security

  2. Click Change password

  3. Enter your current password and then your new password

  4. Save changes

Alternatively, you can reset your password from the login screen by clicking Forgot password. See How do I reset my password? for more.
