Yes. tendercare is a CMS-approved GUIDE partner delivering care services, in partnership with Lifetime Redesign OT, DBA Vela Health, a participating GUIDE provider.
What that means for your family
tendercare is who you talk to. We help you find out what your family can get, walk you through enrollment, and deliver what GUIDE covers. That's care navigation from a dedicated tendercare Guide, caregiver education and support, and coordination of respite care, as well as the tendercare platform.
GUIDE requires Original Medicare and a dementia diagnosis. If your loved one is on Medicare Advantage or doesn't qualify, tendercare is still free and we'll still help. See Does a Medicare Advantage plan qualify for GUIDE?
