Creating a tendercare account takes just a few minutes. Here's how to get set up.
On the app (iOS or Android)
Download the tendercare app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and tap Get Started or Sign Up.
Choose how to sign up: Google, Apple ID, or email. If using email, enter your name, email address, and a password, then verify your email before logging in.
Once signed in, follow the prompts to set up your first vault.
On the web
Go to trytendercare.com.
Click Get Started or Sign Up in the top navigation.

Log in and begin setting up your profile.
Already on a family member's account?
If someone has added you to their vault, you can still create your own separate account. Your own account lets you set up your own loved ones and have full control of your own information.
Trouble signing up?
Make sure you're using a valid email address.
Check your spam folder if the verification email doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
