How to get a replacement

Which item needs replacing (wallet card, fridge decal, or both)

We'll mail a new kit free of charge. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.
Important: deactivate a lost card
If the wallet card was lost (rather than damaged at home), deactivate it so the old QR code no longer displays any information:
Open the relevant vault in the app or on the web.
Go to the tenderID section.
Deactivate the lost card.
Once deactivated, scanning the old QR code shows nothing at all. Your new kit will arrive with fresh QR codes to activate.
Even if you don't deactivate immediately, remember: every scan triggers a text alert to your emergency contacts, so you'll know if the lost card is ever scanned. And the information shown is limited to what you've chosen to share, which should never include financial details or Social Security numbers.
What happens to the information?
Nothing changes in your vault. The vault and all its information stay exactly as they are. Replacing the physical card or decal just gives you new QR codes linked to the same profile.
